Equipment Planning

Equipment planning services include evaluation of all equipment and facility needs and oversight of equipment purchasing and acquisition in the design or renovation of healthcare facilities, from a doctors clinic to an acute care hospital.

These areas include all medical equipment, telephone systems, computer networking, server/computer set-ups, security systems, and any other designing required for the project to be completed.

We will evaluate the design
of current and planned
space for all clinical and
technical requirements. In evaluating these areas we
pay particular attention the staff effciency in unit design and work flow patterns that will maximize all avalable space.

We assist the ownership groups to properly budget in setting realistic equipment costs, these are provided in a room by room detail of all project areas. We will set up procurement plans with all vendors by preparing requests for proposals, we will assist with vendor negotiations and prepare purchase orders.

We also work closely with architects and engineers to provide the proper design specifications for all medical equipment installations.

We will coordinate all equipment deliveries required by the contractor install schedules, we will also oversee installation to ensure proper clinical setups are being followed.

All equipment will be certified and inspected prior to any patient usage.

These services also include evaluation and oversight of special engineering projects in design and prefabrication for the unique clinical needs of the equipment being purchased.
